McNamee has more than 25 years of relevant experience, including 10 years at two major U.S. law firms and a global role in Raytheon Technologies` Pratt & Whitney jet engine division. McNamee holds a law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Henkel`s compliance culture includes continuous monitoring and improvement of the compliance process.
In 2017, our global compliance management system was audited by external auditors based on the IDW PS 980 auditing standard and taking into account ISO 19600 with regard to the relevance, implementation and effectiveness of compliance processes in the areas of competition law and anti-corruption. Henkel is one of the few German companies to have successfully passed this special audit several times. Henkel does not accept unsolicited CVs from research companies or employment agencies. Unsolicited referrals and resumes are considered the property of Henkel, and Henkel therefore does not pay a fee for a placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited sponsorship. Only at Henkel`s request can preferred providers be invited to place talent for specific vacancies. In these cases, a fully executed agreement with Henkel must be in place and up to date.
