It is known as the home of the Airborne Force and Special Operations. Fort Bragg is home to the XVIII Airborne Corps and the 82nd Airborne Division, the U.S. Army Special Operations Command, and the U.S. Army Paratrooper Team (the Golden Knights). An orientation of newcomers takes place on the 1st Tuesday of the month from 9:00 am at the AEC. Newcomer orientation is a great way for soldiers, family members, and Department of Defense staff at Fort Bragg to get acquainted with the services, online pharmacies, and agencies available on the facility. There is also a monthly bus tour of newcomers from Fort Bragg and the Fayetteville area. Limited FREE babysitting is available through CYSS.

You can book up to 6 months in advance. Incoming PCS staff can occupy the guest house facilities for up to 30 days without loss of BAH. Outgoing staff can occupy the guest house facilities for up to 10 days.
