The role of Hotel Operations Paralegal is based on-site at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants Head Office and reports to Corporate Legal Counsel, Operations, who is remote. Prior to joining Peachtree, Alanna worked as a paralegal, overseeing the residential and closing departments of a leading real estate transaction company in the Atlanta area. Alanna began her career in real estate, where she negotiated contracts and managed a rental portfolio. She has extensive experience in client relations and real estate due diligence. Alanna is responsible for supporting the legal, regulatory and compliance aspects of Peachtree and its subsidiaries. Corporate Paralegals must perform a variety of complex legal tasks and provides support and assistance to the firm`s lawyers in order to improve legal advice and client support. This role is integral to the ongoing and compliant operation of our company-owned hotels and restaurants and is responsible for developing and maintaining personal and collaborative relationships with members of the management team in IHG and Kimpton Home`s hotels and offices.
